Regarding the delivery terms
(1) Starting from the official notification of the delivery commencement, we will notify you as soon as possible through the fastest means such as email, WhatsApp, PayPal account, etc., regarding the bill.
(2) Generally, the period from the date of notification of delivery is one week. If the final payment is not made through any of the above methods, the studio will consider the order as abandoned and the deposit will not be refunded. Please pay attention to this point.
(3) For our regular customers, if they are unable to make the final payment immediately due to certain special circumstances, we can make an exception and advance the payment once. If they still fail to make the payment in a timely manner over a long period, we will re-evaluate their behavior and proceed in accordance with the above-mentioned (2) content.
If there is any change in the email address, please inform us immediately before delivery or upon receiving the final payment notification. We will update the correct contact information to prevent any delivery delays.
