Where you ship and sell?we ship product from China directly(the factory or warehouses location).
Do you accept payment plan?
Yes, we accept payment plan(PayPal Recurring Invoice).We offer two options of payment plans:
1.Paypal bill installments of up to 6 months.
2.Offline bank transfer in installments, up to 6 months.
3.We dont accept pre order deposit payment plans,but accept pre order balance+shipping cost payment plans.
4.We will not arrange shipment until we have collected all the instalments payment.
How to pre-order?
Pay the deposit first, when the products finished, we will inform you to pay the rest balance(contact via your email address).Usually we only actually provide and separately charge shipping when the studio is delivered to the logistics center.
Stock purchase process.
Why does the purchase order show 0 shipping?
1. If the purchase is a pre-order item, no shipping fee will be charged until it is actually delivered.
1. If you are buying stock goods, when the goods arrive at the logistics center, we will provide the actual freight, and then pay the actual freight separately.
If the freight of some goods in stock is too high or abnormal, please contact customer service for confirmation.
If statues broken or lost during shipping , how to slove it?
1. If the buyer's product is lost in transit, we will assist the buyer to contact the carrier for compensation, and consider whether to re-ship another product according to the actual situation.
2. If the buyer's products are damaged in transit, we will also assist the buyer to contact the carrier for compensation. Please cooperate with the buyer to provide relevant supporting materials. We will do our best to strive for compensation for the buyer.At the same time, we will actively contact the studio (factory) to shipreplacement parts.
If the product has passed the after-sale time, we need the buyer to send the product back to the Factory in China for repair, and the freight after repair will be borne by us.
After I pre-ordered a product , when I pay the rest?
Every pieces for PO, we will write approximate release date in product description. when it is ready shipped, we will inform you via email to pay rest.
Coustoms fees
We do not charge the customs fees.And we usually write lower declared value as gift (the price we will according to the box size)in the dispatch notes to help buyers reduce the customs fees of avoid it.
We usually default to the duty free shipping of large items by sea.
