Cancel Order Policy
The reservation is cancelled;
After understanding some reasons, usually customers can contact customer service staff to cancel the order.
Pre-order cancelled;
If the pre-order is cancelled, please contact our online customer service or email notification within 48 hours to cancel the order and refund.
Please note that the first deposit is non-refundable after the above period, so please purchase with caution.
If you make a pre-order and are also someone who is sensitive to delivery time, you must deliver the goods according to the agreed time and cannot accept delays due to QC issues. We do not recommend making such a purchase.
Stock spot orders cancelled;
If you purchase stock, please contact online customer service or email notification within 48 hours to refund the order, more than can not cancel the order.
Monthly installment bill cancellation;
Under normal circumstances, both parties confirm the installment matters and the relevant performance matters of the buyer and seller. If the buyer cancels the order midway after reconfirmation and negotiation, a penalty of 10% shall be deducted.
