The only problem I had was mounting her on the platform as the dress rests on the edges of the platform, maybe I got it underheated to the mounting hole,
because I watched the unpacking and installation from “吃土俠 EAT DUST MAN” and they had it easily fit into the slot of the platform ( they had 001 model).
Also as it turned out I arrived with a broken strand of small hair in the front, you can see it in the photo.
I kept that piece, maybe I'll glue it back on later,
but it's not a nice moment.
I'm used to them always having no trouble with statues,
I don't know if it's the shipping, but the packaging was very good and the head was hidden in the box.
Looking at the head, it looks like it was broken in the packaging,
because it's wrapped up so well, maybe the boxes were pressed down on it,
honestly, I don't know.

She's great, exactly as on images! That's my first statue in Elf series and she's beautiful, I now regret not buying other ones.
No NSFW mode like PJ had before due to regulations, but not an issue for me.
Store communication was great too, with fast response times and representative has helped me with some specific questions/issues.
